Hours
Our model homes are open Tuesday through Sunday except for the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Our Model Home Center is very accessible, as it is located at the heart of the Connecticut Valley on an entrance ramp to I-91. This interstate, which connects the shoreline of Connecticut to the northern-most reaches of Vermont, is itself very accessible, since it intersects I-90, which goes across MA and NY, and I-84 and I-95 in CT. 

We recommend that you visit our Model Home Center to see our two model modular homes. One of our modular home models is the Whately 1, a 2,400-square-foot two-story with a mud room and lots of upscale features, including a vaulted foyer.  Our second model is the Sugarloaf 5, a 1,650-square-foot, award winning T-ranch. We will be adding a third green, ecohealthy prefab model home next spring. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Pioneer Valley, there are lots of places to visit, such as Old Deerfield, Old Sturbridge Village, Yankee Candle, the Basketball Hall of Fame, the Berkshires, Tanglewood Music Center, Jacob’s Pillow Dance, and the Mohawk Trail.

We also recommend our Model Home Center for customers building modular houses in one of the communities along the Connecticut River Valley, from Springfield, MA to Northampton, MA to Amherst, MA to Greenfield, MA.  In addition to seeing our model homes, you will receive copies of our modular home plans and modular home prices.  Customers building prefabricated homes in the Quabbin Valley area are also best served by our western Massachusetts model home center. This includes the Belchertown, MA, Leicester, MA, Charlton, MA, and Athol, MA, areas. The Massachusetts counties served by this area include Berkshire, MA, Hampden, MA, Hampshire, MA, and Franklin, MA.

From South of Whately
Take I-91 North to Exit 22. Take Rt. 5 & 10 North. The model homes are 2 miles ahead on the left.
