General Contractors and Subcontractors
The Home Store is looking for general contractors and subcontractors who would like to work on our modular homes. To learn where we build, please go to our Model Homes and Sales Centers page.
Perhaps you are like several other contractors we know - you enjoy building, but not selling. If so, we can be of significant help to you. We will use our expertise to design, price, and service our customers' modular homes. This will free you up to do what you are expert at, which will be to provide those contracting services requested by our customers. These services can include excavation, foundation, plumbing, electrical, heat, and interior and exterior carpentry. They can also include building on-site structures such as garages, porches, and decks. If you do not have any modular experience, we will help you identify the construction work that is unique to modular homes.
We will refer our customers to you so you can contract directly with them as an independent contractor. Our primary objective is to help our customers get good construction services at fair prices.
