We are a full-service construction company, providing turnkey solutions. We don’t ask our customers to become builders.
We offer over 450 floor plans, including in-law apartments and additions, each with thousands of optional features. We also design custom homes, and we don’t charge for our services.
We provide the most complete and detailed pricing in the industry. Our typical turnkey quote is over 60 pages long. This may sound intimidating, but our customers really appreciate it. They prefer to know exactly what they are getting and exactly what they are paying before their house is started.
We provide a 10-year structural warranty backed up by a full-time in-house warranty department.

We can build any of our homes to the nationally recognized Energy Star specifications. Each Energy Star home provides increased energy efficiency, lower operating costs, and greater indoor air quality, comfort, and safety.
We have expertise in building “Universally Designed” homes. Such homes are usable by all people, regardless of their age, size, abilities, or disabilities.
We are the only builder representative on the Center for Universal Design’s National Committee at N.C. State University.
